How to Measure

Waist:
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waistline, just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and make sure it's level all the way around.

Inseam:
Measure from the top of your inner thigh (where the leg meets the crotch) down to the bottom of your ankle. This is easiest when wearing well-fitting pants or having someone help.
